Di SMKN 1Mananggu, kami berharap dapat mengetahui bagaimana aturan kerja yang ketat bagi gurumemengaruhi prestasi siswa. Pendekatan kuantitatif berdasarkan desain survei digunakandalam penelitian ini. Survei yang terdiri dari 30 pernyataan dan diukur menggunakan skalaLikert tiga poin (Setuju, Netral, dan Tidak Setuju) digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data.Kami menggunakan uji t, koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi linier sederhana, ujireliabilitas, dan uji validitas untuk menganalisis data. Disiplin kerja dan kualitaspembelajaran di kalangan guru ditemukan baik. Koefisien determinasi untuk pengaruhpositif dan signifikan dari disiplin kerja guru terhadap kualitas pembelajaran adalah 57,2%.Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa ketika disiplin kerja di kalangan guru ditingkatkan, siswamelaporkan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran mereka sendiri. Peran gurusangat berpengaruh dalam membentuk suasana pembelajaran yang mendukung, menarik, sertamampu mendorong keaktifan siswa selama kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung. Penelitianmenerapkan metode kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan informasi lewat wawancara mendalamkepada para pendidik terkait motivasi belajar siswa di MAN 1 Pohuwato. Adapun penelitian initidak melibatkan observasi maupun dokumentasi, sehingga seluruh data yang digunakanbersumber dari hasil wawancara. Temuan penelitian menyatakan bahwa guru menerapkansejumlah strategi dalam upaya meningkatkan semangat dan dorongan belajar para siswa, diantaranya dengan membangun suasana pendidikan yang penuh kegembiraan, memberikan pujiandan apresiasi, menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang menarik, serta membangun ikatan yangselaras dengan murid-muridnya. Di samping itu, para pengajar juga menyediakan perhatian khususbagi siswa yang masih kekurangan semangat belajar melalui pendekatan personal dan bimbingansecara langsung. Unsur pendorong penting dalam memperkuat motivasi belajar siswa meliputilingkungan sekolah yang kondusif, fasilitas pembelajaran yang memadai, serta interaksi yangharmonis antara guru dan siswa. Meskipun demikian, para pendidik juga menghadapi sejumlahtantangan seperti rendahnya minat belajar siswa, pengaruh penggunaan gadget secara berlebihan,kurangnya disiplin belajar, serta perbedaan kemampuan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptifdengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjekpenelitian adalah siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metodediskusi mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa, yang ditandai dengan meningkatnyakeberanian, kelancaran berbicara, kemampuan menyampaikan ide, serta kemampuan meresponpendapat orang lain. A qualitative approach was utilizes, with GradeIV students from SD Negeri Pedurungan Lor 02 Semarang as participants. Data were collectedthrough observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that through role-playing, students demonstrated significant improvement in their communication skills. They wereable to speak more clearly and coherently, actively listen, interact and collaborate effectively, useappropriate language, and regulate verbal and nonverbal expressions. In conclusion, this researchdemonstrates the effectiveness of the roleplaying method in enhancing students' communicationskills in Grade IV IPAS class. The study provides a deeper understanding of the benefits of therole-playing method in developing students' communication skills. Literacy encompasses not only reading andwriting skills but also the ability to understand, analyze, and interpret information critically.In Indonesia, students’ literacy levels remain relatively low, highlighting the importance ofeffective language instruction. The findings reveal that student-centered approaches, such astext-based learning and interactive discussions, significantly enhance literacy skills. The use ofdigital media also increases students’ reading interest and comprehension, althoughchallenges such as limited access and teachers’ technological competence persist. From asociolinguistic perspective, the use of slang reflects students’ social identity but may hinderformal language proficiency if not properly guided. However, it can also serve as an engaginglearning tool. Additionally, family and school environments play a crucial role in supportingliteracy development. The findings indicate that Indonesian functions not only as a national linguafranca but also as a strategic medium for maintaining cultural values embedded in local languages.The interaction between Indonesian and regional languages reflects a complementary relationship,enabling the formation of dual identities national and local. In the context of globalization anddigitalization, the study highlights the dynamic nature of language, including phenomena such astranslanguaging and digital language variation among younger generations. The researchemploys a descriptive qualitative approach using a literature review method based on relevantarticles and academic journals. The findings show that slang is widely used in adolescentinteractions, especially on social media and in peer environments. It commonly appears in theform of abbreviations, popular expressions, and language mixing that do not follow the rules ofstandard Indonesian. From a linguistic perspective, slang is context-dependent, while from asociolinguistic perspective, it reflects a shift in adolescents’ communication patterns toward morerelaxed and expressive forms. Its use is influenced by technological development, socialenvironment, and the need for identity expression. The impacts include changes in languagehabits, a decline in the use of standard Indonesian in formal situations, and potentialcommunication misunderstandings. Thisresearch is a qualitative descriptive research with a samplestudent text SMP Negeri 4 Marisa. The conclusions of thisstudy are as follows. Firstly, the linguistic elements oflanguage errors that often occur in the student text is dividedinto four errors : spelling error, diction, sentence, andparagraph. Secondly, language errors that often occur in astudent text exposition caused by several factors, amongothers: is inadequate of language mastery, lack of examples bythe teachers, the influence of foreign language, lack of writingpeactice, and lack of writing time. The data collectionmethod is carried out through the review of various sourcessuch as books, scientific journals, and relevant research articles.The data analysis technique is conducted descriptively byinterpreting various theoretical findings related to readingcomprehension and story learning. The results of the discussionshow that students’ understanding is influenced by readingability, vocabulary mastery, reading interest, backgroundknowledge, as well as the learning strategies used by teachers.In addition, interactive and contextual learning approaches canimprove students’ understanding of story content. However, low reading comprehension skillspersist from elementary school to higher levels. The purpose of thispaper is to describe the reading comprehension skills of elementaryschool students. The writing method used is a literature review, whichexamines various sources.The results of the study indicate that low reading comprehensionskills are caused by low interest in reading, lack of motivation, andboring reading comprehension lessons. This study uses a question-basedlearning approach. In this study, a qualitative approach is used, and thetype of qualitative research used is descriptive. Literature study is the datacollection method used. To obtain validity in the data, the analysistechnique uses triangulation techniques. The types of data analysis used inthis study are reduction, display, and verification. The results of the studyshow that (1) the principles of democracy, which consist of tolerance,cooperation, responsibility, and deliberation to reach consensus, haveexisted for a long time in Middle Schools. (2) Factors that hinder theapplication of these values include students who violate school rules aswell as groups of inactive and active students. (3) The survey method isused to apply democratic values to the PPKn subject. The role of teachers,who were previously dominant as the central source of information and knowledge, hastransformed into that of a facilitator who accompanies students, guiding them independentlythrough the use of digital technology. The purpose of this article is to examine the role ofteachers as facilitators in the context of 21st-century learning and how this role affects thequality of both the learning process and outcomes. This study uses a descriptive qualitativeapproach, with data collected through literature reviews of various relevant previousresearch findings and student studies. The findings indicate that teachers, as facilitators,carry an important responsibility to create a supportive learning environment, providevarious digital learning resources, promote the use of media and technology, and guidestudents in developing digital skills. Additionally, teachers are required to enhance theirdigital literacy to effectively integrate technology into their teaching processes. This shift inroles demands spiritual motivation, improved pedagogical and professional competencies,and support from various stakeholders, including educational institutions and governmentbodies. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa kelas II SDN 06 Popayato Timur Kabupaten Pohuwato dalam mengenal pecahan nilai mata uang melalui penggunaan media papan uang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan dua siklus yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi aktivitas pembelajaran dan penilaian kemampuan siswa dalam mengenal nilai mata uang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media papan uang membantu siswa memahami konsep nilai uang secara lebih konkret, menarik perhatian siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, serta mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa ketika menyebutkan dan mencocokkan pecahan nilai mata uang. Peningkatan kemampuan tampak dari perubahan capaian siswa pada setiap siklus setelah guru memperbaiki strategi pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil refleksi. Dengan demikian, media papan uang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif media konkret dalam pembelajaran matematika kelas rendah, khususnya pada materi pecahan nilai mata uang.</p> <p><strong>Kata kunci: </strong>kemampuan siswa, media papan uang, pecahan nilai mata uang, pembelajaran matematika, sekolah dasar.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p> <p><em>The ability to recognize money denominations is an essential component of early mathematics learning because it is closely related to students' daily activities, such as identifying denominations, comparing values, and using money in simple transactions. This study aimed to improve second-grade students' ability at SDN 06 Popayato Timur, Pohuwato Regency, to recognize money denominations through the use of a money board learning medium. This study applied classroom action research conducted in two cycles, consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through classroom observations and assessments of students' ability to identify money values. The results indicate that the money board helped students understand money denominations more concretely, increased students' attention during the learning process, and encouraged active participation when students named and matched different denominations. Improvement was shown through better student achievement in each cycle after the teacher refined the learning strategy based on reflective evaluation.
